Ok here is where we are kind of splitting hairs. A Paid to Read (PTR) is pretty much the same thing as a Paid to Click (PTC). In the past the PTR programs would send you an email and you would get paid for clicking on the link and reading someone's advertisement. Well you now have an option to just deliver the message to an inbox on the Paid to Read website. The reason I mentioned splitting hairs was because like a paid to click site, most paid to read sites have what you would call paid to click advertisements. With all that said the concept is pretty much the same thing, someone is paying you to view their advertisements. I will list some of the ones that I use and recommend; those that pay signup bonuses and have lots of advertisements to click on.
